TIPS FOR ACHIEVING BUSINESS GROWTH/ SELLING POINT.

Mr. Divyesh highlights that in this market, technology and service are some of most important factors to stay competitive in this industry. By undertaking multiple trades in house, Seyani continuously invests in the latest machinery to provide better quality products and services. They also regularly update their QA/QC, based on individual project requirements to maintain their quality standards.

With the amassed expertise, plant and tools, SBC can complete multiple projects within the stipulated timelines and budget, without compromising on quality.

CHALLENGES.

With the Covid 19 Pandemic and Ukraine war, the prices of construction material increased substantially, and supply of material reduced drastically, making it increasingly difficult to complete on-going projects and undertake new ones.

FUTURE PROJECTS.

The desire to continue with his grandfather’s legacy has encouraged him and his team to focus on undertaking new projects, with new challenges, and to continuously invest in the latest plant and tools to remain as an industry leader.

CONCLUSION.

Mr. Divyesh looks back and appreciates his journey to the top, noting that hard work, resilience, innovativeness, and focus kept him afloat all these years.
